My work and passion have
always been helping people to find their joy and doing so from a foundation of
wellbeing. An awakened heart, known as bodhichitta in Sanskrit, coupled with
compassion and loving kindness, are the heart of my work.
Exploring the path of the Cantadora, or keeper of the old stories is one of many ways we explore to find your awakened heart.
My background includes over 25 years in wellcare as a Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed HeartMath ® 1 on 1 Provider, Licensed Wellness Inventory © Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher.

The WyseWomen Collective
©WyseWomen Collectives are a way for women from diverse backgrounds and wide areas of the world to come together in learning, support, compassion, and caring via monthly gatherings. Mothers, daughters, sisters, friends. We begin promptly at the pre-appointed time, 7:00 pm, one Tuesday evening per month and they last for about 90 minutes. There are always light refreshments such as fruit, cheese, crackers, and tea. The is no cost for attendance.
The gatherings will always include some form of the following on a given night, based on the Circle Process, http://www.peerspirit.com/htmlpages/circlebasics.html sharing, questions, experiential exercises, contemplation, and an opportunity for learning and growing. They also include play, laughter, and fun. They are based on the principles of Circle which include listening, honoring, supporting and sharing. There are lots of opportunities for you to participate, listen and learn. You are always invited to ask questions and share your insight and wisdom.
The best way to explain how it works is to invite you to a gathering and there you will have an experience of what it's like.
